Before applying this methods I strongly recommend you to update your Intel, AMD, NVIDIA graphics driver. Please Update your graphics driver first!

For fixing this problem there are 2 methods.

1st Method:

you need to go to NFS Shortcut icon in your desktop.

Step 1: Go to Rival's shortcut location in desktop
[If there is no shortcut icon in your desktop then send the play icon from Rival's folder to the Desktop]

Step 2: Now Right Click on Rival's Shortcut icon and select Properties

 


Step 3: Under Shortcut Tab in Target at the end give a Space and paste one of the codes bellow:

-GameTime.MaxSimFps 18 -GameTime.ForceSimRate 18+
or
-GameTime.MaxSimFps 18+ -GameTime.ForceSimRate 18+

2nd Method:

>>If you have graphics card in your PC then go to Switchable Graphics settings
Add "NFS14" and then set "High Performance". 
For AMD Graphics Card:

Switchable Graphics for Apps
 For NVIDIA Graphics Card:


>>Download Razer Game Booster 3.5 Full Version. 
>>Add "NFS14" to Razer Game Boost App list. Then Run the game with Razer Game Booster 3.5

Step 1: Click on �Start� Menu. Type �cmd� & Hit �Enter�[for Windows 7 user]
or Click 'Start' Menu. Click on 'Run'. Type 'cmd' & hit 'Enter' [for Windows XP users]

Step 2: Type your pendrive�s letter and a colon. And hit �Enter� [For Example I have typed �k:�]

Step 3: Type  del *.lnk  and hit 'Enter' to delete shortcut link in pendrive.

Step 4: Type     attrib -h -r -s /s /d k:\*.*   And it �Enter�
[Change �k� by your drive�s letter]

Some websites frequently change their content download links. As a result IDM(Internet Download Manager) stops downloading that file because the site has changed their download link. It occurs sometimes when download complete 80% or 70% or even 90%.After that we can not download remaining 20% or 30% or even 10% because we don�t know how to refresh that download link. Today we are going to learn how to refresh a dead link in Internet download manager.

Step 1:
Firstly Right Click on that file you want to refresh. Then select �Refresh download address�.

It will open that web page from where you started downloading that file.

Click on that download button or on that download link from which link you started download that file. After a while it will grab the new link and notify you that it is successful. And then click ok.

Hello Everyone!!

Today we are going to learn how we can turn off a Windows service. We know there are lots of services along with Windows operating system. Some of them are useful and some of them are useless even disgusting. For example: Internet explorer. Internet explorer is a windows service. Many of us don�t like internet explorer because it is too much slow and it is too much weighty application for normal PC/Laptops that is too tough to run on low configuration PC.

So now we are going to learn how to turn off such windows application. For learning we will take Internet Explorer for example. But after this tutorial you can turn off any windows application you want.

First Click on �Start Menu�> then Click �Control Panel�> then Click �Programs� or �Programs and Features�> then in the left side of the window Click �Turn Windows Features On or Off�



After this a new window will appear. It is the list of windows services. And then mark out the applications which you want to turn off.  Then there will appear a confirmation dialog box. Click �Yes�.  Then Click ok. And Restart your PC.
